Stonesfair Financial was founded in 1993.
Since that time, Stonesfair has grown impressively and now owns and operates nearly 2000 units. Our communities include Turlock, Davis, Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Roseville, and Tucson. Stonesfair also owns a
property in Billings, Montana. All of these properties each have unique amenities and demographics.
Our Business approach is straightforward, acquiring and maintaining properties as long term investments. Stonesfair's properties are in some of the
most desirable areas in the United States. We are committed to our investors, employees and residents. Providing great returns on investments, good relationships with our
employees, and good customer service to our residents all which give Stonesfair an advantage over our competitors.
Stonesfair has substantial financial resources available to close acquisitions quickly when an opportunity does arise and the capital to close our acquisition is readily available. Unlike institutional and REIT investors, we have only two decision-makers on whether or not to acquire a property, and thus we are able to move very quickly and stick to their course. This is why we are quite comfortable with conducting our due diligence only 15 days from the receipt of necessary materials. However, we do have a strict criteria for new investment properties to be added to the Stonesfair portfolio. We always research each property carefully to ensure its long term success.
